While I’m not sure of whom the collecting party is (I assume it is the NFL – given their stickler-type M.O. regarding uniforms), it appears that Browns defensive back Eric Wright has been fined $5,000 for his pants not covering his knees.
If we take a quick look at pictures from this past weekend’s game, it seems that Wright wasn’t the only one whose pants (the ever popular brown version, by the way) were shorter than normal. No word on if Wright was the only player fined, but this may be a little more fuel to the fire that is the alleged “water bottle” fine from the same weekend.
If anything, this could mean the end of the brown pants. Please.
