Uneven Cavaliers Drop Game Four 97-87
May 10, 2010Breakin’ Down Mike Brown
May 10, 2010Once the Cavaliers decided to trade for Antawn Jamison and the two years, $23 million left on his contract beyond the 2009-10 season, the veteran power forward appeared to be well on his way to be calling Cleveland home. Being a member of the Wizards since 2004, Jamison grew some roots right outside of the DC metro area, building a home in 2008.
And with his trade to Cleveland, Jamison has decided to put the six-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom dwelling up for sale.
Deemed a “custom beauty,” this 12,000-square foot home allegedly comes with an elevator, a four-car garage, library, hot tub, and the requisite home theater. The basement also features a wine cellar and poker room. All of it can be yours for a cool $4.5 million.
If Jamison can obtain $4.5 million for his Bethesda, MD home, comparables in the Cleveland area (with land) should only cost him about $2 million. So, it’s like Jamison also received a small raise…
With all of that said, images of Jamison’s currently owned home are below. Enjoy.
