12 Days of a Cleveland Christmas- Day 9

Wow, lots of entries in yesterday’s contest. I guess you guys (and gals) like Colt McCoy huh?

Dr. Cleveland was the randomly selected winner yesterday, so he’ll be collecting the Colt McCoy jersey. Dr. Cleveland’s most memorable Browns win was the MNF affair against the Giants. It was a popular choice, as was the Steeler game from last season. I have to say reading through those entries was a bit of an eye opener for me. So many of our readers are in the age range that they just don’t remember when the Browns were contenders. I feel old now. Maybe I need a nap.

But no time for naps, we’ve got another giveaway to get to!

Today’s Prize:

We’re going back to the ticket vault so to speak. Up for grabs today is a $75 WFNY Tickets gift certificate! Use it to get the best seat in the house, or find a couple of bargains and stretch it out. It’s all up to you. Big games coming up at home for the Steelers and Ravens you know. Or maybe you’d like to take in your first Blue Jackets game? Cavs seats available too.

Today’s Question:

This one comes from reader Joe Reep. If you were going to give a new pet a Cleveland Sports name, what would it be?

(By the way, I had a dog named Jake after Jacob’s field once!)

Remember, you may enter every day of the contest, but each household is only eligible to win once. In order to make your entry an official entry, all you have to do is comment on the post by 1) restating the question of the day, and 2) answering the question.

Good luck!

If you were going to give a new pet a Cleveland Sports name, what would it be?

Ahh crap…of course the day my question gets used, I take off from work early and don’t see it.

The reason I suggested the question to Rick, is my wife and I will be getting a dog in the next 6 months or so and we’re already arguing names….I want something with meaning.

Anyways, these are all great ideas….my favorites are Karma and Zydrunus (we were thinking about this and calling it Z). A few more we’ve been tossing around are Grady and Nash (for Rick Nash of the CBJ)…thanks for the ideas guys!
