WFNY Podcast: Talking Cavaliers, Dan Gilbert and Jared Sullinger
February 4, 2011While We’re Waiting…LeBron-Gilbert Feud, CSU Blackout, Cavs Defense
February 5, 2011NFL players will never feel the same rivalries with divisional opponents the way we feel them and want them to. This isn’t a knock on Josh Cribbs because I think 99.9% of all NFL players are exactly like this. It is just a realization. The NFL is a big old fraternity and all the players feel a brotherhood beyond the jersey they wear. With the amount of player movement in the NFL, why shouldn’t they? Anyway, here is a lovey dovey interview that Josh Cribbs did with Ray Lewis for Yardbarker down at the Super Bowl.

They can share all the pillow talk they want on Saturday, just as long as they play for blood on Sunday. That’s why they’re paid what they’re paid.
This is the new era of professional sports. They all love each other. It is sad to me but it is not going to change anytime soon. Also, Cribbs maybe you should be up in Berea learning the new offense before the lockout, you have a long way to go at WR.
Yeah, I think its not as fun with the love fest crap. If I am a Brown, I probably wouldn’t have any hatred for the 49ers. But when the Ravens and Steelers have been handing you your own a** for every season you’ve been in the league, you should probably not be so chummy.
Cribbs would interview Lewis on Saturday and Lewis would lay out Cribbs on Sunday. How many Steelers – Ravens interviews you think there’d be? This is the difference well that and both Baltimore and Pittsburgh don’t sweat the Browns, on or off the field.
Meh.
As long as he passes through a metal detector, keeps his hands in his pockets at all times, and the all the silver and assorted cutlery is removed from his general vicinity, I would hang out w/ Ray Lewis.

do you think you are stating something profound or something?
I also would be nice to somebody who could tackle hard like Raymond Lewis.
#7 Well, yeah. He’s a murderer on and off the field, right? :0
The Browns should cut this kid immediately!
