Well somehow I’ve been locked out of my own coveritlive event. This is why nobody lets me near computers. Anyway, I’m trying to get back in, but keep it up, chatters.
I’m a fan of the Cleveland Indians on facebook and I couldn’t help but notice in the comments section people are saying things like “I can’t wait until they trade Fausto.”
Really Cleveland? 1 bad (or horrible, your call) start and the guy gets abandoned by his own fans?
I think he was getting squeezed by that ump in the 1st inning. He clearly stuck Konderko out. The 2-2 pitch didn’t even touch the edge of the plate and it got called a ball. Konerko lines the 3-2 to RF for a 1-0 lead.
We all know Fausto’s game is all mental and when he got hit early he never recovered. Now I’m not blaming it all on the home plate ump, but simply stating he didn’t do Fausto any favors.
You are on the same page as me. I counted at least 4 batters Carmona had with two strikes and got no love on either of the corners. And as soon as he didn’t get the call on either corner he is forced to stick in there where the Sox touched him up.
I’m not saying that the Ump owes us anything but he had no discernible zone that I could see.
Besides I’d rather see Carmona have an off day versus our entire offense look anemic.

Well Id rather lose 15-10 than 14-0 or 5-0 and anyone out there that says a loss is a loss can go soak there head.
I agree with Christopher. At least our offense got into the groove and we “didn’t give in to the fight” and “kept grinding.”
