February 7, 2012Cavaliers Will Try Again To Steal a Win in Miami
February 7, 2012“I don’t go out and recruit a certain player. I recruit the best player, and competitive nature, his desire to win, is without question the most important thing. I used to be into, ‘Is he a three quarter [throwing motion]? Does he have four fingers on the laces or five?’ I don’t care anymore.”
“Will he choke you to win a checker game? If he does that, I’ll take him.”
That sounds just like the kind of linebackers the Buckeyes need next season.

“Will he choke you to win a checker game?”
This is now part of my vernacular.
Agreed.
Terrific coach; he couldn’t have come to a more deserving program.
And, let’s see what this ONE COACH can do for this program in one year.
I think you are already seeing the difference between a head coach from Youngstown State (no offense coach T) and one from Florida. This sword of course cuts both ways though. Right now I’m loving what Meyer is doing and cannot wait until fall to see it translate onto the field.
I’m glad someone wrote that because I also agree.
Robert Reynolds heartily agrees.
Awesome. Will he choke you to win a checker game…I may just have a man-crush on Urban Meyer.
Subtle.
Just don’t play checkers with him.
Vernacular is now part of my vocabulary
