Holmgren on Colt McCoy: “I don’t know. He might be here. We’ll see.”

ESPN Cleveland’s Tony Grossi asked Browns President Mike Holmgren about Colt McCoy’s status with the team-

“I asked about whether the team would be able to trade Colt McCoy. Holmgren answered: “I don’t know. He might be here. We’ll see.” Holmgren said he considered Richardson “special” and he “really liked” Weeden. Holmgren intends to address the media with GM Tom Heckert and coach Pat Shurmur at the conclusion of the draft on Saturday.”

Not exactly a ringing endorsement of McCoy. Then again, neither is drafting a QB at #22 in the first round.

    I’m starting to think Tannehill would have been the better choice I mean at least Browns fans could have gawked at his lady when the game was over at halftime.  I wanna know why ESPN didn’t show her more on camera last night!!

    Colt and his camp would shut their mouths if they knew what was good for them.  They keep leaking these “no QB in the first round promises” stories and there’ll be no playoff tickets for them!

    Holgrum is a punk, shows no class especially after the Clowns told McCoy that they were not going to drat a qb. But no matter what Colt beat the steelers how many other on that team did that. The Clowns have become low class and no class. Where do i sign up as a Bengals fan?

    Who else beat the steelers, lets see a punk for a coach, no running game, receivers cant take a hit, they have wobbly arms, no stomach for tough central division football, who else beat NE on the Browns. he would be better off with a class orgaization like the packers or even the bengals.

    Lets see hte only way the Clowns are going to the playoffs if they buy their own tickets. The clowns, I have been a browns fan since 62 but right now I am going to subscribe to the NE patriots or even the bengals. at least paul Brown has some class unlike this gang in cleveland, punks through and through.
