Basically, if an Indians game goes into extra innings, it’s almost a safe bet to just turn off the TV or walk out of ballpark and just accept a loss. Unless we’re playing the Royals.

Don’t look now, but Casey Kotchman is making a run at the Mendoza line!  I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again… De Aza loves some Tribe pitching.  If the White Sox only ever played the Indians, he’d bat .400 on the season.  Hope we can beat Peavy tonight and take 3 of 4… Peavy is looking a lot closer to that #1 ace lately though.  Hopefully his right-handedness will be his undoing.

I’ve read a lot of reports that the Tribe’s record is not sustainable because of all the 1 run games they are winning. But that has to be countered with these home extra inning losses, right?

Doesn’t the home team win like 75% of games that reach the ninth inning tied?

last nights game put me in a bad mood.   what was more predictable?

    A.  Wheeler giving up a run in a game he pitched.
    B.  Perez pitching terribly in a non-save situation.

    Ugh.

     A….but it’s close.
