2012 NBA Draft: Harrison Barnes Scouting Video
June 14, 2012Holmgren to be more available this season
June 14, 2012On September 23rd, during a halftime ceremony the Cleveland Browns will induct two more ‘Browns Legends’.
Clarence Scott ranks third all-time in Browns history with 39 interceptions. He played 13 seasons for the Browns from ’71-’83.
Ernie Green was a triple threat in the backfield, a blocking fullback, Green also rushed for 3204 yards and caught 195 passes for over 2000 yards in his seven year pro career. He played from ’62-’68.
The pair will become the 50th and 51st members of the Browns Legends. (If my counting is correct.)

Are you sure it isn’t William Green?
Excellent choices!
Both of these guys made the roaring throngs on the Lake proud back in the day. I remember how excited our town was when Scott was drafted in the first round in ’71 and Thom Darden the next year.
Green was JB’s sidekick, of course, but the man could play.
They were both solid, solid guys, and certainly worthy of this honor.
BTW, since they retired, neither No. 22 (Scott) nor No. 48 (Green) has been worn by a better Brown.
I’ll be there for that ceremony if I can.
