Draft Express scouting video on Sullinger

While Jared Sullinger is in the news, this would be as good a time as any to post his Draft Express scouting video-

The one thing that concerns me… in every clip they used of Sully in the post, he used his right hand to finish. In a couple situations, he had a better shot with his left but chose to force his right hand. He won’t get away with that in the NBA… defenders are too long and you need to keep them guessing as to how you’re going to shoot it when in the post.

He cannot finish with both hands, isn’t reliable outside, is not tall enough to handle other PF, can’t jump and is not a plus defender. I will always like him as an OSU fan, but honestly his NBA future is VERY limited.

If he is still on the board at 24 I think you run to the podium and call his name. Is he gonna be great? Probably not. Will he start in the League? I think so. And at 24 thats what you are looking for. A solid starter and contributor.
