After getting hit by a pitch during Friday’s game in Baltimore, it was initially expected that the Tribe’s 23-year-old third baseman Lonnie Chisenhall would only miss four-to-six weeks with a fractured right ulna.. That time table has since been altered.
Jordan Bastian tweeted this afternoon:
Chisenhall out 10-12 weeks after surgery on right forearm. More soon on MLB.com.

One of Cleveland’s pieces for the future, Chisenhall was batting .278 with three home runs in 24 games with the Tribe this season. The Indians recalled Jason Donald on Saturday to replace Chisenhall on the roster.
