The Cavaliers ‘lost’ Semih Erden to Turkey today, and cut Guard Manny Harris yesterday. They still have to make decisions about Daniel Gibson, Samardo Samuels and Kelenna Azubuike’s team options. Alonzo Gee will likely test the free agent market, but the Cavs will certainly match the offer sheet he signs. If the Cavs keep all of these players, they will have 13 players under contract, 14 if Kevin Jones makes the team.

Like Harangody. He’s a good dude who can be an ok/serviceable back up center.
Good dude? Maybe. I have never met him or heard any stories about him. Serviceable back-up? I dont think so. He’s filling roster space. I dont even see some sort of growth potential. I guess every roster has these types of players though. Im ambivalent.
Not much upside, but definitely a good dude. Great teammate — dont forget his three games in three nights between CLE and Canton — and he has a great sense of humor. No entitlement, very modest.
Back up center huh? I was hoping the day when players like this were no longer needed/wanted but I guess it’s still to early. Oh well it’s just $1.1M for a year.
Sounds like the perfect guy to be waving the towel on the bench as Kyrie lobs one to TT.
He may be a good dude, but he isn’t a center. Way too short to play there. I’m hoping Kevin Jones pans out so that Harangody can be our third power forward.
