I love Cleveland. They gave me a lot, I owe them a big one. [...] Basically, I just have to go back to playing my basketball. To be good, effective, to punish — everything I didn’t do last season. –Cleveland Cavaliers small forward Omri Casspi, discussing the 2012-13 season with Israeli newspaper Ma’ariv. After being acquired for power forward JJ Hickson a year ago, Casspi disappointed, averaging 7.1 points on a career low 40.3 percent shooting. The team recently added small forward CJ Miles and is still attempting to agree to terms with forward Alonzo Gee and it was recently reported that Casspi could be bought out by the Cavaliers.
