Kent State Stuns (18) Rutgers

Kent State had been 0-22 against ranked teams in their program’s history. Not anymore.

The Golden Flashes 1 moved to 7-1 on the season as they forced seven turnovers and knocked off undefeated Rutgers 35-23 in New Jersey this evening. Spencer Keith threw for two touchdowns, and Trayion Durham ran for 131 yards and 1 touchdown. The Flashes have now won six games in a row. The box score for this game can be found here.
