ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter confirms what many had suspected: the Cleveland Browns roster of present and future has been turned over to recently named CEO Joe Banner.

Though Mike Holmgren and general manager Tom Heckert will remain in Berea through the season, and Heckert potentially beyond, it will be Banner who will oversee any moves that could potentially impact the team beyond the 2012 season.
