NFL Rumors: Browns eyeing Penn State’s O’Brien
December 30, 2012Animated: James Harrison personal foul headshot on Thaddeus Lewis

Thaddeus Lewis makes start number one. No Weeden, no McCoy, no Richardson, no Brown, etc. Phil’s a Pro Bowler! Shurmur and Heckert’s last dance. There’s no shortage of questions, and the Browns head into Heinz Field looking to give Pittsburgh a losing season and finish 6-10.

The play that resulted in a fumble by Gordon illustrates why Shurmur should be fired…horrible play call..that play had zero chance of success.
Lewis has played well. I’m surprised that Shurmur hasn’t utilized his mobility when calling plays. Just kidding! I’m not…
Thrilling game so far
Lewis looks so much like Colt McCoy it’s funny. Earnest and mobile and no arm to throw deep.
wait – really? i think he has a nice arm. and i think he has some wheels.
2 penalties on the browns, non on squeelers, ok refs
Well, Adios Pat Shurmur. Good luck on your next endeavor.
I said he has wheels (“mobile”). So does Colt. His arm looks similar to Colt’s to me. His TD pass was nice but he floated a bunch in the cold. And really, I don’t know or care about Thad Lewis, just thought the similar style was funny. It doesn’t matter since that skillset is t-minus an hour or two from extinction here.
