Earlier today, we highlighted a slew of players with who the Browns reportedly had some contact with their representation. Two more names have surfaced later today. They are Cardinals cornerback Greg Toler and Ravens linebacker Dannell Ellerbe, according to Nate Ulrich and Mary Kay Cabot, respectively.

Toler, as Ulrich’s tweet mentions, was in Arizona under Ray Horton for the past two seasons, but an injury cost him the 2011 season. Prior to that, he was a starter (13 of 14 games played) on the 2010 squad, recording 90 tackles, 9 passes defended, and 2 interceptions (1 for TD). Last season, he started just 2 games, but posted numbers of 27 tackles, 8 passes defended, 2 interceptions (1 for TD).
Ellerbe is one of the bigger free agent names on the market. The third-year linebacker had a breakout year in 13 games (7 starts), logging 92 tackles, 4.5 sacks, 2 passes defended, and 1 forced fumble. He also posted 32 tackles in the Ravens’ four playoff games, including an interception in the AFC Championship Game.
