Indians 14, Phillies 2: Seven Home Runs…I Repeat…Seven Home Runs Pace Tribe
May 1, 2013The Diff: Regression to the mean and the Cavaliers
May 1, 2013The highlight from a night where the Indians jack homers out of the park all night long was not the long ball. At least not for me. The highlight of the night was watching a presumably arthritic 42-year-old Jason Giambi playing baseball with the intensity and heart of a 12-year-old who only knows how to play one speed.
It might be dumb to slide into first base, but I kind of respect it just the same.

Brilliant.
Robbie Alomar is proud!
Roll Tribe
At least his hand wasn’t stepped on ala Bourn. No excuse for anyone else on team to not hustle on every play. Who would have thought that 42 year old Giambi would get an infield hit?
Kinda reminds me of the time he did the Truffle Shuffle…
Love how the helmet slides down his face, Little League style.
CHUNK!!!!!
also LL-style you cannot quite tell if he did it on purpose or just fell down forward
love.
Also love the abdominal cushion middle age provides. Take that, six packs.
