Twitter reacts to the Cavs winning the lottery once again

For the third time in four seasons, the Cleveland Cavaliers won the NBA lottery. The most recent iteration comes with the team, who was actually trying to win, having a 1.7 percent chance at coming out with the No. 1 pick. Naturally, Twitter went insane.

Take a look.

I know this is a kid friendly site, so I cordially request that Bill Simmons cause himself to no longer be alive.

This is absurd and I love it.

By the way, TD, I’ve got to play grammar police. This is one of my biggest language pet peeves, so I apologize for the rant. I don’t believe Simmons “literally” jumped the shark. That would mean he actually, physically jumped over a shark. If he did, however, please share the footage, because I (and many others) would love to see it.

One thing is for sure the Cavs certainly are good at being bad.

I just made the same comment on another post – though much later to the game than you. Well done. So glad to see others on this Quality Control crusade.

I usually refrain from nerdy editing of the Internet – no one’s perfect, right? – but misuse of “literally” is so prevalent, I can’t help myself. I’d rather people replace “literally” with “f***ing.”
