Indians Notes: Bourn to be activated on Friday, Swisher getting second opinion
August 13, 2014It’s Here! The much anticipated Cavaliers schedule
August 13, 2014Sometimes polls produce interesting results. Sometimes not. Sometimes even when they tell you exactly what you might have thought they would, it’s a source of comedy.
It appears the nation overwhelmingly supports the idea that Brian Hoyer should start the Cleveland Browns’ opening game against the Pittsburgh Steelers on the road. All except the state of Texas, of course.

Maybe this map will become more (or less) interesting after the Browns’ next pre-season game against the Washington Redskins on Monday Night Football. Of course, maybe that map will also include Rex Grossman?

I’m surprised Connecticut wasn’t “red” on this map as well, given the 24-hour JFF coverage.
Obviously, as expected, Wyoming is blue.
their hatred of Ohio State knows no end.
Texas is red not even because of A&M JFF, but because that means Hoyer is starting for the Texans 😉
Vince Young
Bring back Vince Young…..
Bring this guy out of retirement…..
Take a hard look at Vince Young,… He can still play at a HIGH level,…. His NFL won/loss record right now is 31-19 as a starting quarterback… He has playoff experience … He’s a 2 time Pro-Bowler… He was voted 2006 NFL Rookie of the Year….. In 2010, Vince Young had a quarterback rating of 98.6 …………………………
The NFL is all about “WINS and LOSSES”…. and Vince can WIN………… ANY quarterback in the NFL with that kind of record would easily be given, chance after chance to play on an N.F.L team …… Vince Young has earned that right……. Give it to him….
Bring in Vince Young “NOW”… Evaluate him, if he’s good enough sign him to a 1 or 2 year deal… Next year at the very least, you would have a good backup quarterback…
Ummm ………….. No …………… But not just no ………… Never no ……….. No way .……….. No how….
Zach Walters (of Cheyenne) just hit a walk-off HR.
Peacemaker?
Or water in the crack that will freeze and break this feud wide open?
He did it just to spite Nick Swisher on the DL. Zach Walter’s doesn’t even get that at-bat without the Buckeye on the DL.
Well, we did sign Vince Young. And, we thought so much of him that we cut him so that we could have Tyler Thigpen, who couldn’t make it to the 2nd preseason game without being cut himself.
So what you’re saying is Zach Walters injured Nick Swisher. What can be done against such vile hatred?
actually, despite Swish being a Buckeye, as an Indian’s fan, I am not so upset about it.
He just got hired by the University of Texas, where he will assist UT’s Division of Diversity and Community Engagement. Not even his old football program wants him. Let him go man, he’s gone.
