Today, we find Cleveland Cavaliers shooting guard Dion Waiters, in red pants, effortlessly leading a triumvirate of backward skating individuals around the outside ring of a roller rink in synchronized fashion.

Not the optimum way to practice defense.

You gotta love Dion having some fun.
I am going to enjoy watching him this year since I expect him to have an excellent season.
Inane celebrity obsession was around long before Yahoo. But I don’t really think anyone sees Dion as a “god”. This is just “oh, one of the Cavs players roller skated backwards and someone put it on the internet” so I’ll watch. It’s not more complicated than that. People post stuff like this on the internet all the time, famous person or not.
