Reflections on LeBron’s meaning to Akron: While We’re Waiting…
October 23, 2014Cleveland Browns Week 7 Film Room
October 23, 2014LeBron James didn’t play in Wednesday night’s pre-season game in order to rest, but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t without highlights thanks to Shawn Marion, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love. Shawn Marion intercepted a pass and started a 3-on-1 fast break starring himself, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love. There was a day and age where The Matrix would have soared through the air to catch an alley-oop from the point guard, but this day, given the options, Kyrie Irving chose Kevin Love.
Oh, but he didn’t just give him a bounce pass. Kyrie made sure the defender wouldn’t be able to see it coming by putting the bounce pass through his legs.
The Cavaliers lost their pre-season finale as they go 5-2 in the pre-season. Kevin Love had 12 points, Kyrie Irving had 16, and Dion Waiters had 15. It’s time for the regular season to begin. The Cavaliers are mostly ready and the fans are completely ready to get this thing started.

Kyrie is clearly having too much fun. Eat your vegetables and play some defense, Kyrie!
Also, that Grizz color man is a Hubie Brown sound-alike.
Uh, because it was Hubie Brown (game was also broadcasted on ESPN).
He is playing defense which is more then can be said of Neon Dion Waiters.
Hubie is one of the few and I mean few maybe two guys I can stand listening to on ESPN broadcasts. I tried to watch some of the Clippers-Suns but between Van Gundy and Jackson I lasted maybe ten minutes. The only thing worse would have been Jon Barry.
Kind of interesting I read Kevin Love said he needs more inside touches. I’m hoping he didn’t come right out and say this publicly that it was some how inferred or implied because it would seem like a bad idea to tell people i.e. the media something of that nature. Kind of opens the door for a blogger to say Love won’t sign a new deal as long as LBJ is still on the team. If you smell what the rock is cookin’ there!
See? whatdidisay
Love Hubie. Even when he’s cranky and insufferable, every point he makes is right. It’s a shame he’s not still coaching someone, even little kids.
