Charges dismissed against Browns fan who urinated on Art Modell’s grave
February 12, 2015Video: Kyrie Irving’s Newest Foot Locker Commercial
February 12, 2015We have known for a while that Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James was going to make a few appearances in Amy Schumer’s upcoming film “Trainwreck.” What we didn’t know was how much the four-time MVP would be on screen.
Schumer, who’s been mentioned here at WFNY several times, is the lead character in the soon-to-be released Jud Apatow comedy where she is tasked with writing a profile on a sports doctor, played by former SNL cast member Bill Hader. Hader also happens to be James’ doctor—and apparent Downton Abbey-watching partner.
Check out the trailer above. James comes in at the 1:30 mark and appears to have several spots throughout the film. Comedic values vary from filmgoer to filmgoer, but this one looks like it’s going to produce a slew of laughs. If it’s anything like Schumer’s latest Comedy Central standup special, it’ll be worth the admission. At the very least, you get to see James yell “sexual intercourse” in a room full of people.

Apatow strikes again I’ll see it and not just because of LBJ who is indeed in quite a few scenes. Can’t wait for Ted 2 as well Mark Wahlberg & Tom Brady. 617 represent!
You, sir, are history’s greatest monster: http://b.vimeocdn.com/ts/446/222/446222086_640.jpg
I think we just saw all of LeBron’s screen time. Whatever, Apatow movies always crack me up. I’m in.
i like how he made a female lead. Happy to see this film. Not expecting “The Godfather,” so I won’t be disappointed when they get together at the end.
What if LeBron has like 8 more scenes?
