OTA News: Barkevious Mingo still not cleared for contact
May 26, 2015NBA to Cavs: The Q needs upgrades
May 26, 2015Ever wonder how to get on the cover of one of the most popular magazines in the history of sportswriting? Play roughly 42 minutes per game and pave the way for your injury-riddled teammates to be on the doorstep of the NBA Finals—the first for the Cleveland Cavaliers since 2007.
Thanks to a story penned by Mark Bechtel, James and the Cavs grace what will be one of three regional covers for Sports Illustrated in the coming week1. It will mark James 24th time on the cover of the magazine, the third since he decided to return to Cleveland last July. The Cavaliers lead the Eastern Conference Finals 3-0 large in part to the play of James who recorded a triple-double in an overtime win in Game 3. They take on the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday night in what ESPN’s BPI believes to be a 71 percent chance at a close-out game.
If the image looks familiar, it’s because it’s the view Atlanta’s Kyle Korver had as he was sprinting away from James in the fourth quarter of Game 1.
- The others include the Kansas City Royals and Golden State Warriors. You cover jinx tin-foil hat types will surely have a rough road. [↩]

Nonsense we should be debating if Delly is dirty!
I’m assuming Curry will be one of the other 3 covers…what will the other 2 be? And I love that it says “My Town,” but the picture was taken in Atlanta. Maybe it’s because he owns ATL too.
I wish there was a little arrow at the bottom right pointing off screen that just says “Korver.”
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! They weren’t happy with what they did to the Indians evidently!

We all need some Dirty Delly now and then!!!
There are only three. I updated the post to reflect the Royals and the Warriors.
And that [arrow idea] would’ve been great.
