September 1, 2015Rejoice: September’s Sports Schedule is Peak Cleveland
September 1, 2015It’s true that Phil Taylor had some difficulties staying on the field for the Browns, but whenever he was there Browns fans seemed to appreciate his effort and nasty streak. Taylor brought a meanness to the Browns defense that wasn’t there before he arrived. It appears that the appreciation wasn’t just pointed on way as Phil Taylor used his Instagram to send Browns fans a positive message as he heads to whatever awaits him in his professional football career.
He even hashtagged it #AlwaysADawg which was a nice touch.
Phil Taylor and Joe Haden shared a virtual moment online as well.

In this day in age, where it seems like A LOT of players don’t seem to care about football much, just money, he was a CLASSY GUY.
Good luck where ever you land big guy.
Except Pittsburgh, or Baltimore, or Cincinnati.
i will miss the big guy , but it was the right move … he would’ve been a highly overpaid second stringer … somebody will pick him up.
here’s something for you … the browns received 5 picks/players from atlanta in the draft day trade for WR julio jones … those 5 players ended-up being phil taylor , greg little , owen marecic , weeden & t. richardson … this makes me freakin’ ill !!!!
May be a cheap ploy, maybe not; regardless, this stuff always goes over well with me. Maybe that’s what makes me Cleveland.
Classy!
I’m sure his teammates, the fans, and the staff over at the Cleveland Clinic will miss him.
