Pics: “Akronite Philosophy” LeBron 13 weaves Akron and Miami into one bold shoe
November 18, 2015The Cleveland Browns should simplify their defense during the bye
November 18, 2015Last week, news broke that LeBron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers had reportedly purchased a $21 million dollar mansion in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.
Now, we’re (finally) getting a glimpse inside.
According to Curbed LA, the 9,350-square foot home was custom built in 2011 by architect and acclaimed “mansion specialist” Ken Ungar—lavishly, one would note, for an LA real estate developer and his family. Described by the LA Times as a “charming, Traditional-style home,” James’ new Californian mansion boasts six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, sumptuous surroundings, and basically everything else you’d expect in an multi-million dollar home—including a pretty killer-looking kids’ play area. Previous owners told LUXE Interiors + Design Magazine (that’s a thing) in 2013 that the home was designed to avoid “abnormally high ceilings.” Assuming the ceilings are high enough for the six-foot-eight Cavaliers star, who recently dabbled as an actor in Amy Schumer’s comedy hit Trainwreck, and signed on with Warner Brothers Entertainment.
James’ new LA homestead also features resort-like, but “compact” grounds, including a pool, cabana, private deck and two oversized patios.
Needless to say, there’s plenty of room if LeBron wants to host the whole team on their first West Coast swing.

God bless America!
Is that a hyperbaric chamber in the bedroom?
Oh you know, just your average “charming, Traditional-style” $21 million dollar home.
“Not hungry”? Perhaps having a pad in LA like that says it all! Also, Coach Blatt is back to his old ways again – running the same 7 or 8 guys into the ground again! You have to have close to a 10 to 12 man rotation to keep legs fresh. The guys that he over plays are falling back into old bad habits partly from fatigue. Mo Williams threw up so many 3 point bricks!!! Kevin Love has to find his way closer to the basket along w/ the rest of the Cavs. They may not trust Cunningham but at least he slashes and penetrates. Andy could play more and where is SASHA KAUN?!! More of Kaun’s game and a bit less TT. Lastly, time to bring DOMINIC POINTER up from D-league!!!
Steam room I’m guessing.
He’s paying a big “location” premium for that. That house wouldn’t be more than $2-3m in most markets.
