Shaquille O’Neal Applies for Special Deputy Role

While it will not be a taped episode of Shaq Vs, it appears that the new Cavs center will once again look to take on a few criminals.
Shaqulle O’Neal was a member of the law enforcement in Miami, and apparently the move to Cleveland has not deterred O’Neal from further pursuing his hobby.
Per the Associated Press:
Shaquille O’Neal is looking to continue a sideline career in law enforcement now that he’s in Ohio playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Spokesman John O’Brien of the Cuyahoga County sheriff’s office says the Cavs center has applied to become a special deputy. He would have the right to carry a gun and make arrests but not be a paid, formal employee.
Following approval, O’Neal would then simply need to attend 36 hours of training and pass the State of Ohio police exam.

This way he can arrest Mike Brown on obscenity charges next time Z and Shaq end up on the floor at the same time.
Shaq spend less time worrying about becoming a cop and more time learning the offense.
We gave him a flowchart and everything…
His first case? Try to figure out why Bargnani beat him like a red headed step child the other night.
Second case? Figure out how Rasheed Wallace stole on him.

Hard to imagine Shaq getting crapped on here for trying to become closer to a local civic enterprise. Let’s here what the crappers have to say halfway into the season. As for Shaq learning the offense, how about the offense learning how to utilize Shaq and leaving him at the LOW post?
“Hard to imagine Shaq getting crapped on here for trying to become closer to a local civic enterprise.”
Amen.

Reason(s) you’re awesome
[x] Denny says nice things about me every time you post
I watch basketball not often, but I feel Shaq has chosen a noble and respectable side career. He may have said comments pertaining to Kobe, but who has not. Call it what you may Kobe did what he did. Shaq maybe large in size, but his heart is bigger and he has a humble soul. I have watch his career (trials and tribulations), but how many professional athletics or a regular person are willing to pledge their lives to protect others. It does take a special person. Do not judge accept it for what it is.
