If you haven’t heard (or read) by now, ESPN Page 2 writer LZ Granderson had a an unfortunate story to share from his recent visit of New Orleans. I say “unfortunate” because while I’m unsure of the surrounding words that were shared, no one deserves to be threatened while simply walking down the street.
The part of the story that I do have a problem with is his apparent need to drag Brady Quinn’s name in to the mix. While I could rant on about the topic, several other bloggers have already picked up on the story and have shared their opinions – most of which are in line with mine.
With that said, let me direct you to Filtering Craig as well as MCBias. Both bloggers have Cleveland roots, but both focus more on the outlying issues instead of “sticking up for their guy.” Both great reads. Do enjoy.
