Browns Gab

We’re proud to announce a new partnership with our buddy Matt Loede over at Browns Gab! Each Monday night/Tuesday morning we will be doing a podcast show with Matt called “Browns Confidential” in which we will break down the previous game, tackle the issues of the day relative to the Browns, and look ahead to the upcoming game.

Head over to Browns Gab to check out this week’s inaugural installment of Browns Confidential with yours truly and Matt discussing the train wreck that was the Houston game, the BQ/DA debacle, Braylon Edwards’ struggles, coach Crennel’s (and Bill Cowher’s) future, and the chances the Browns have this Sunday against the Colts.

In the future we hope to have other members of the WFNY team joining the show, and if it goes well we’re hoping to branch it out into some of the other teams that we all suffer through (follow).

Thanks again to Matt Loede at Browns Gab, and enjoy everybody!

…tackle the issues of the day…

Which would be more tackling done than the day before.

Seriously though, I hope this entire city is prepared for the possibility that Cowher may not accept this job. It seems like a lot of people I talk to think of The Chin coming to Cleveland as a foregone conclusion.

I agree…I think we could be doing the ever popular “Cleveland Elevation of Hopes”

Well, as I tried to get at in the show, if (IF IF) the rumors have any merit, as the saying goes, money talks and bs walks! In other words, it’s probably going to take a lot of cizzash to get him here.

The way things are going, he’ll take less money to coach somewhere else…

I know Edwards is our best WR…but is he above punishment for the drops?

I think he should be benched for a game, and see if that wakes him up? a la Brandon McDonald? he seemed to respond well in the Buffalo game.

Start Stallworth and Steptoe and Bring Edwards off the bench…it isn’t about winning games anymore, it’s about getting guys to respond.
