Unreal.

I wasn’t able to catch the Cavaliers-Hornets game on TV, so I figured I would log on here to get an update. I kid you not, this was the actual transgression of events that just occurred not even two minutes ago.

1) Log in to Cleveland.com, find the Box Score reading Cavaliers 99 – Hornets 98. No mention of time remaining.

2) Think to myself, “Awesome. Outscored them in the fourth to win. Needed that one!”

3) Go to NBA.com to get some more updates. Find box score of Hornets 100 – Cavaliers 99. Oh, and there was this in the play-by-play.

0:07 seconds – James driving layup shot: Made (21 PTS)
NOH: Team timeout (Regular)
0:00 – West jump shot: Made (20 PTS) Assist: Paul (20 AST)

You have got to be kidding me. Hopefully, someone that watched the game can lend more insight as I’m beside myself. Partially to blame is Cleveland.com’s lack of updated material that got my hopes up. The rest goes on whomever was guarding David West, regardless of his Ohio ties. This is sure to help the MVP argument. Now pardon me while I go be bitter (and sarcastic) elsewhere.

    Scott:

I was there and although I cannot offer any insights, I will offer to hold your hand and jump off the roof with you. Also, I posted a nice picture of a Cleveland 4 dial street clock to help everyone feel better.
