The Cleveland Browns are 2-1 for the first time since 2002, the only year they went to the playoffs since returning under new ownership in 1999. They have a chance to move to 3-1 today against a visiting Titans team that comes in with an equal mark of 2 games up and 1 down through three, and hopefully they do. The last time the Browns were 4-1 was back in 1994, 17 years ago, but I’m getting way ahead of myself on that. First for the task at hand.
Most bookmakers have today’s game as Even or the Browns favored by one point, but a lot has to do with Titans back Chris Johnson. Will he keep frustrating fantasy football owners and his Titans team with his continued inability to get going, or is today the day he breaks out? Hopefully it’s the former obviously. It’s pretty windy out there today too, and while I’m not sure who that favors, it will be tough to catch back up through the air for either team if they get down by a couple scores early.
