GV Art and Design Browns Shirt Contest

We’re proud to announce that we’ve partnered with Cleveland-centric GV Art and Design. For the next ten weeks we’ll be giving away one of their fantastic designs here at WFNY.

With Browns camp getting started this coming weekend, what better time to have some Browns discussion and a shirt giveaway? It is the second best time of the year for Browns’ fans after all (second only to the draft.)

We will again select the winner at random from our entries. To enter, simply leave a comment on this post answering the following question-

What are you most optimistic about going into training camp this year?

Free WFNY Car Stickers!

UPDATE: If you haven’t already requested your sticker, it is likely too late for this run. Unbelievable response to this one. Not entirely sure we have enough to cover all the requests that came in. We will do our best. Thanks for your support!

These were meant to be available at Christmas, but hey, nobody’s perfect.

We’ve got 500 of these ready to go out on a first come, first serve basis. (We’ve seen other sites do something similar- like Eleven Warriors, so yes we stole the idea!)

The stickers are black lettering on white vinyl. They are good quality and made for your vehicle if you so desire. If you are interested in them please send an email to stickers@waitingfornextyear.com with your full name and address.

There is no charge for these, we just ask that if you ask for a couple you actually use them. Thanks again for reading!

Who Wants a Josh Cribbs “Pay The Man” T-Shirt?

cribbsdetail04WFNY was on location at the Josh Cribbs appearance yesterday evening.  In our good graces, we managed to pick up an XL version of iLTHY’s latest “Pay the Man” shirt featuring none other than No. 16 and a stream full of much-deserved cash.  If you haven’t had a chance to see it yet, I am former Browns wide receiver Steve Sanders is rocking it to the right of this here post.

Even if you’re not of the XL variety, this shirt comes sealed with a certificate of authenticity and a custom iLTHY Cavaliers Super Hero designed backing.  and makes for a pretty solid collectible.  Even better, it’s free.

Cleveland hasn’t been immune to the recession, so I’m sure people need the help like they do everywhere else. But can you imagine the poor intern who has to sit and read depressing story after depressing story? And worse yet, you have to figure they go out and verify some/all of these stories, lest they be the victim of fraud and someone with no soul. That will be equally fun. I’m just saying, rather than judging these things, maybe they should just draw at random. What’s the only thing that could make a person who feels they’ve hit rock-bottom feel even worse? Indians Minor League Affiliate to Giveaway Liposuction Surgery
