In case you couldn’t tune in or live outside of the area, TD and I had a chance to talk sports with Les Levine yesterday. Les is the best in the business and honestly just as nice a guy as you could ever meet. We talked about the Indians, the new Horseshoe casino, Dan Gilbert, MLB collective bargaining and all sorts of other topics. The hour flew by.
Scott and I were guests on Les Levine’s TV show last night and I uploaded a few of the clips for those who live outside of the NEON viewing area. Always a great time talking to Les and his callers.
Injuries continue to mount, and the division rival is on deck. That doesn’t mean Crennel gets a free pass here at WFNY for that ridiculous field goal attempt down 28-7 with 10 minutes in the game. First, here is what ESPN’s Gregg Easterbrook had to say in his Tuesday Morning Quarterback column-

Yeah, let’s not forget that the success of the Marlins came at our expense! Likewise the immediate success of the Jaguars and Panthers made NFL owners change some of the expansion rules, making life tougher on the Browns. Then again, drafting losers didn’t help either.

I was stunned to discover yesterday that this is the only opportunity to see the Red Sox in Cleveland this season. And we don’t go to Boston until the last week of the year? Are you serious? Well, then again….maybe we don’t want that many games against the Red Sox. What do you think?
