Senior Bowl standouts and possible Cleveland Browns targets
As the week of the Senior Bowl comes to a close, let’s look at who really made a name for themselves on the offensive side of the ball, and who the Cleveland Browns may be keeping an eye on as the draft approaches. Offensive tackles:Roger Rosengarten, WashingtonRosengarten made some serious money this week in Mobile. At 6’6 311, he moves like a veteran. Not only has he been tasked with going up against top edge rusher Laiatu Latu, but he’s also been working at both left and right tackle. While he is a natural right tackle, there is uncertainty concerning Jedrick Wills's future. The Browns may want to take advantage of Rosengarten’s left tackle reps at the Senior Bowl and prepare him for the future if they decide to draft him.

Running backs:Isaiah Davis, South Dakota StateDavis showed consistency in all aspects of the game, especially as a pass catcher. His tape will show you a back that attacks whatever you put in front of him with excellent vision and finesse. The Browns run game needs a 3rd back that can provide a spark. Davis is that guy.

Wide receiver:Ricky Pearsall, Florida Yes, I wrote about Ricky in a previous article, but I don’t think there’s another receiver at this event that the Browns need more. He’s shifty, he’s fast, he’s athletic, and he is exactly what the Browns need. Instead of overpaying for Marquise Brown in free agency, take Ricky Pearsall with a mid-round pick and reap the benefits.

Tight End:Ben Sinnott, Kansas StateThis tight end class is not stellar by any means, but Sinnott is one of the more consistent out of the group. Sinnott had only 2 drops and 14 missed tackles forced which ranked 4th among tight ends. He also took 91 fullback snaps which shows his versatility. A low-risk pick with high upside.

There was no shortage of talent in Mobile, but I encourage you to take a closer look at these guys if you’re looking to get into the draft.
