The first WFNY Podcast features Rick and Scott from the WFNY team, along with special guests Bob Schmidt from Cavsboard.com and Dan Labbe from Cavaliers Corner at Cleveland.com.
There are two segments- Going For the Cycle, in which Scott and I break down the news and notes for the Indians, Browns and Buckeyes; and The Main Event where we are joined by our guests to discuss the Cavaliers and the big trade. Hope you enjoy it…

Working on that Nicko…having some serious technical issues today….we’ll keep you posted on when we get them resolved.
SWUNGONANDBELTED!!
[...] posted the Mo Williams discussion from the “Main Event” on the WFNY podcast below, but check out the whole podcast in it’s entirety over at Waiting for Next Year if you’re a fan of the Indians, Browns, [...]
Thanks.
Did you enjoy it Nicko?
Haven’t gotten around to it yet, but definitely will later this afternoon.
Thanks guys, that was very enjoyable. Much better than the crapcasts the PD does.
Love the introduction. I like how it breaks down all the teams.
I think my ’slight’ complaint was the talking seemed a little fast at parts (or maybe I am just a little slow).
The second half (or the Main Event) was great. I love more of a Q and A round table discussion with opinions rather than breakdowns of the latest news. Basically because I read a lot so I know this information already. Others who aren’t on the web as much as me probably appreciate this though so…
Very good first podcast.
Chris Farely standing by…
Very good guys. I enjoyed it. Agree with Nicko on the Q & A as the highlight of the whole thing.
Well done, especially for a first podcast.
What software did you guys use to put it together? I’m thinking about making a podcast type presentation with my wife for an out-of-town holiday greeting and am trying to weigh my options.
I’d say that it’s definetly promising considering this was the first podcast. If you could set up an Itunes subscription that would be great, however I realize it might not be the easiest thing to do.
Also, how often do you plan to produce a podcast?
Sorry, too many questions, I know.
Thanks for the encouragement Ron…
We are planning a weekly podcast. As for the software, Bob is helping us out a lot with that. We are in the process of setting up an ITunes subscription. We have to be approved.
Thanks for the shout, guys. Let me know the next time you do one of these…I’d love to participate.
