Did you know that the Cavaliers/Wizards series is tied? No? That’s right, because it isn’t. The Cavaliers are still up 2-1, and if Washington wins on Sunday, they still have to win a game in Cleveland. But hey, whatever makes you feel better about yourself Washington fan.
DeShawn Stevenson is clearly the man. I mean, anyone who holds LeBron to 28ppg, 7.3 rpg and 6.3 apg is clearly exposing him for the fraud that he is. Do you think we could trade LeBron for DeShawn straight up? Does he have a patent on the ultra clever face wave thingy?
Soulja Boy is also having some sort of nerve disorder, to which he is having trouble with stimulus in his face. (By the way, what part of white-out doesn’t your posse get there Soulja? Or is it Mr. Boy?)
Rock pointed this one out, did you notice how incredibly loud, energized and supportive the Wizard fans were…after they had secured about a 20 point lead? And yes, the White-Out is better than the yellow shirts. No question. Especially since the yellow matched your uniforms more than ours. But I don’t think you came up with the concept of wearing all white. I’m pretty sure you stole that from somewhere. Maybe it was from watching Duke kick the crap out of Maryland year after year on coach K court. (Even I can’t believe I went there.) Or maybe it was from the Penn State games. Whatever, you wore white. How original.

I just saw the final score for the 76ers and Pistons game. I have really gotten the feeling that the media is looking for a reason to write the cavs off. They seemed surprised when we won both games 1 and 2 and then turned around saying “I told you so” after last night. Granted, this is just the impression I have gotten, but howcome I havent heard ESPN going on about Detroit losing game 1? Somehow I dont they will consider them done after losing game 3 by 20. Detroit is currently the only top-seeded East team not in the lead in thier series.
The Wizards aren’t the originators of the white out, just the best at it. Well, not really but at least it looked way better than that orange out the Suns were trying to pull last night. The color idea was nice, but if you’re crowd is too cool to put on the shirts, it just doesn’t have the same effect.
I was kind of hoping they’d give everyone shiny, gold shirts like the hideous alternates the Wizards have, but I think that might’ve induced seizures on the viewing audience.
